Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:6464

Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from a man, from ‘Ata’, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to say between the two prostrations: "I seek forgiveness from Allah, I seek forgiveness from Allah."
