Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:721

Hushaym narrated to us, he said: Husayn informed us, from Abu al-Yaqzan Husayn ibn Yazid al-Taghlibi, from Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, that he used to say when he finished the prayer: "O Allah, I ask You for the requirements of Your mercy and the determinations of Your forgiveness, and I ask You for the spoils of every righteousness and safety from every sin. O Allah, I ask You for success in attaining Paradise and salvation from the Fire. O Allah, do not leave for us a sin except that You have forgiven it, nor a worry except that You have relieved it, nor a need except that You have fulfilled it."
