Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:723

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Awsajah, from Ibn Abi al-Hudhayl, from 'Abdullah; and from 'Asim, from 'Abdullah ibn Harb, from 'Aishah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say: "O Allah, You are As-Salam (the Peace/the Flawless), and from You is As-Salam." Except that in the hadith of 'Abdullah, it adds: "And to You returns As-Salam. Blessed are You, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor."
