Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:744

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Marwan bin Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-Jariri, from al-Rayyan al-Rasibi, from the elders of Banu Rasib, that Talha and al-Zubayr prayed in one of their mosques, and the Imam was not there yet. So we said to them, "Let one of you step forward, for you are among the companions of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace." But they refused and said, "Where is the Imam? Where is the Imam?" Then the Imam came and led them in prayer. They (Talha and al-Zubayr) said, "All of your prayer was near [correct], except for something we saw you doing that is not good in your prayer." We said, "What is it?" They said, "When the Imam says the taslim, no man behind him should stand up until the Imam turns his face or rises from his place."
