Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:780

Yunus ibn Muhammad narrated to us, he said: Layth ibn Sa’d narrated to us, from Yazid ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Usama, from al-Walid ibn Abi al-Walid, from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Suraqa, from ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab, that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever builds a mosque in which the name of Allah is mentioned, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise."
