Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:83

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Husayn, from ‘Amr ibn Murrah, from ‘Abbad ibn ‘Asim, from Nafi‘ ibn Jubayr ibn Mut‘im, from his father, who said: I heard the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when he began the prayer, say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the accursed Satan, from his madness (hamz), his blowing (nafkh), and his spitting (nafth)."
