Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:879

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: The companions of Muhammad did not agree upon anything as they agreed upon performing the dawn prayer while it is still dark (at the beginning of its time).
