Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from al-Rukayn al-Dabbi, who said: I heard Tamim ibn Hudhlum—and he was one of the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace—saying: "Illuminate, illuminate [your houses] with prayer."
