Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:927

Abu Usama narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, who said: A man came to al-Mughira ibn Shu'ba while he was in Kufa, and he saw him delaying the Asr prayer. He said to him: "Why do you delay the Asr prayer? For I used to pray it with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, then I would return to my family among the Banu Amr ibn Awf while the sun was still high."
