Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 3:97

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: I said to ‘Ata’, "Does a woman gesture with her hands during the Takbir like a man?" He said, "She should not raise her hands for that like a man." And he gestured, lowering his hands significantly and drawing them close to himself significantly. And he said, "Indeed, for a woman there is a posture that is not for a man. And if she leaves that, there is no harm."
