Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1022

Waki’ narrated to us, from al-Rabi’, from al-Hasan, he said: I asked him about a woman who menstruates while wearing a garment. He said: There is no harm in it, unless she sees something [of blood], then she should wash it.
