Waki’ narrated to us, from Fudayl ibn Ghazwan, from Nafi’, from Ibn ‘Umar: When he would perform ghusl (full-body ablution) from janabah (major ritual impurity), he would insert water into his eyes, and he would insert his hand into his navel.
