Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:11

'Abdah narrated to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak, who said: Hudhayfah used to say when he exited—meaning from the privy—: "Praise be to Allah who has removed the harm from me and granted me well-being."
