Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1106

'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, who said: 'Umar came out from the privy (al-khala') and recited a verse from the Book of Allah. It was said to him, "Do you recite while you have had a discharge (hadath)?" He said, "Does Musaylimah recite that?"
