Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1124

Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Wasil, who said: We used to be with Ibrahim, and he would go and urinate, then he would come and touch water, and he would say: "They used to consider it recommended to touch water when they urinated."
