Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1146

Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughira, from al-Sha'bi, that he used to enter it and perform ghusl (ritual bath) in it, and he would say: "Were it not that I performed ghusl from it, I would not have entered it."
