Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1187

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Husayn, from Abdullah ibn Shaddad, who said: "When she saw it, she thought it was a deep body of water and uncovered her shins." He said: "And behold, she was a hairy woman." He said: "So Solomon said: 'What will remove this?' They said: 'The depilatory (al-nura).' He said: "So the depilatory was made on that day."
