Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1228

1228. Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Awn, from Muhammad, that he was asked about a man who sneezes in the lavatory. He said: "I do not see any harm in mentioning the name of Allah."
