Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1247

Isbat ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from Mutarrif, from al-Hakam, who said: If the urine of an animal splashes onto you and you see its trace, then wash it. And if you do not see its trace, then leave it.
