Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1278

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, regarding the woman who dyes her hands without wudu (ablution), then the prayer arrives for her. He said: She removes what is on her hands when she intends to pray.
