Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1289

Waki’ narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, from Aisha, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was brought a young boy, and he urinated on him. So he followed it with water and did not wash it.
