Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1294

Waki' narrated to us, from al-Fadl ibn Dalham, from al-Hasan, from his mother, from Umm Salamah, who said: The urine of a female infant is to be washed, and the urine of a male infant is to be sprinkled [with water].
