Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1300

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ibn Shihab, who said: The Sunnah has passed that the urine of one who has not yet eaten food is to be sprinkled [with water]. And the Sunnah has passed regarding the washing of the urine of the male children who have eaten food.
