Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1336

Waki’ narrated to us, from Hasan ibn Salih, from Jabir, from Salim and al-Qasim, regarding yellow [matter] in saliva. They both said: "Leave what makes you doubt for what does not make you doubt."
