Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1362

Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Layth, from al-Hakam, from Ali, regarding the woman experiencing irregular vaginal bleeding (mustahada): She delays the Dhuhr (prayer) and hastens the Asr (prayer), and she delays the Maghrib (prayer) and hastens the Isha (prayer). He said: And I think he said: And she performs ghusl (ritual bath) for the Fajr (prayer). I mentioned that to Ibn al-Zubayr and Ibn Abbas, and they both said: We do not find for her anything except what Ali said.
