Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:14

Zayd ibn al-Hubab and Muhammad ibn Abd Allah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to us, from Kathir ibn Zayd, who said: Rabih ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Sa’id al-Khudri narrated to me, from his father, from his grandfather, Abu Sa’id, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "There is no ablution for the one who does not mention the name of Allah upon it."
