Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1428

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Hisham, from Muhammad, who said: I said to ‘Ubaydah, "From what is wudu repeated?" He said, "From the hadath (breaking of wudu) and the harm of a Muslim."
