Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1460

Yahya ibn Ya'la al-Taymi narrated to us, from Mansur, from Mujahid, that he was asked about a man from whose hand blood comes out, and the blood does not exceed its place. He said: He does not perform ablution.
