Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1479

Hushaym narrated to us, from Isma'il bin Abi Khalid, from al-Sha'bi, that he was asked about a man who has *al-nasur* (fistula/hemorrhoids). He said: "He may pray, even if it flows from his horn (top of his head) to his feet."
