Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1487

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Shu’bah, who said: I asked al-Hakam and Hammad about a man who performs ghusl (ritual bath) due to janabah (major ritual impurity), then something (fluid) exits from his penis. They both said: He should wash his penis.
