Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1490

Hafs narrated to us, from al-A'mash, who said: It was said to him, "Did Ibrahim dislike spitting?" He said: "He only disliked that a man should scratch his skin and then follow it with his saliva, for that is not a purification."
