Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1504

Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, he said: Mu'awiyah ibn Salih informed me, he said: Abu Maryam informed me, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "None of you should urinate in stagnant water, then perform ablution from it."
