Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1530

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn Abi al-Furat, from Muhammad ibn Yazid, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, who said: Stagnant water is not made impure by anything if it is the amount of three qullahs.
