Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Habib, from Amr ibn Haram, who said: Jabir ibn Zayd was asked about the dregs of wine: "Is it permissible to rub oneself with it in the bathhouse, or to treat a wound or anything else with it?" He said: "It is an abomination (rijs), and Allah the Exalted has commanded to avoid it."
