Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:16

Abdah narrated to us, from Harithah, from Amrah, who said: I asked Aisha, "How was the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him?" She said: "When he performed ablution, he would place his hand in the water and mention the name of Allah, then he would perform ablution and perfect the ablution."
