Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi ‘Aruba, from Qatada, from Abu Mijlaz, from Ibn ‘Abbas regarding the saying: "Nor [when you are] in a state of janaba, except those passing through [a place of prayer]," he said: "He is the traveler."
