Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1703

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, who said: If the prayer time overtakes a man and he does not find water, and he cannot reach the ground, he shall strike his hands upon his saddle and his saddle-cloth, then perform tayammum with it.
