Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1707

1707. Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from ‘Awf, from Abu ‘Uthman al-Yazidi, who said: It reached me that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Wipe yourselves with it, for it is kind to you," meaning the earth.
