Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1730

Hatim ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Harmala, that he heard Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib saying: "Whoever touches his penis, then ablution (wudu) is obligatory upon him."
