Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1732

Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi', that Ibn 'Umar prayed one day from the Duha (forenoon) prayer. And he said: "I had touched my private part, and I forgot."
