Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1790

Hussain bin Ali narrated to us, from Za'idah, from Mansur, from Shaqiq, from Hudhayfah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), when he would rise at night, he would clean his mouth with the siwak.
