Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1927

Al-Fadl ibn Anas narrated to us, from Aban ibn Ubayd Allah, from the one who narrated from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wiped over the leather socks (khuffayn).
