Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1951

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Fitr, who said: I said to ‘Ata’, "‘Ikrimah says that Ibn ‘Abbas said: 'The Book has preceded the [wiping of the] two leather socks.'" ‘Ata’ said: "‘Ikrimah has lied. I saw Ibn ‘Abbas wiping over them."
