Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:1997

1997. Shareek narrated to us, from Ya’la, from ‘Ata, from Aws ibn Abi Ayas, who said: I arrived with my father at a water source belonging to the Bedouins. He performed ablution and wiped over his sandals. I said to him [about that], and he said: I saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, do it.
