Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Aisha bint Ajrad, from Ibn Abbas, who said: If a man prays and forgets to rinse his mouth and sniff water into his nose due to janabah (major ritual impurity), he shall repeat the rinsing of the mouth and the sniffing of water into the nose.
