Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:270

Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from Muhammad ibn Ziyad, from Abu Hurairah, that he saw some people performing ablution from a water vessel. He said: "Perform the ablution thoroughly, for I heard Abu al-Qasim (the Prophet) say: 'Woe to the heels from the Fire.'"
