Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:289

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-Zubayr ibn ‘Adi, from Ibrahim, who said: "I perform the Dhuhr, ‘Asr, Maghrib, and ‘Isha prayers with a single ablution, unless I commit a nullifier or say something reprehensible."
