Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:347

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi’, from Ibn ‘Umar, that he did not see any harm in the leftover water of a woman, unless she was menstruating or in a state of major ritual impurity (junub).
