Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:415

Waki’ narrated to us, from Abu Khaldah, from Abu al-‘Aliyah, who said: Whatever exits from the upper half, there is no ablution (wudu) required for it. And whatever exits from the lower half, then upon it is ablution.
