Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 1:454

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir, that Umar saw on a man's foot [a spot] like the size of a coin that the water had not reached. So he ordered him to repeat the ablution and to repeat the prayer.
